1. Product Introduction
Lab Companion temperature humidity test chambers simulate high temperature, low temperature, constant temperature & humidity, and alternating humidity-temperature environments. They are used to evaluate product weather resistance, structural stability and environmental reliability.
Equipped with modular refrigeration, multi-sensor fusion control and variable-frequency energy-saving technology, our product lineup covers standard volumes from 80L to 1000L, as well as customized walk-in chambers for large-scale testing.

4.1 Refrigeration System
Lab Companion adopts advanced cascade dual-stage refrigeration system with imported compressors to ensure stable cooling performance under extreme temperatures.
• Compressor: Fully/half hermetic compressors (Tecumseh / Bitzer)
• Refrigerant: Eco-friendly R404a + R23
• Condenser & Evaporator: High-efficiency fin-type heat exchanger for fast and uniform heat exchange
• Energy-saving Control: Electronic expansion valve + PID adaptive cooling adjustment, 25% lower power consumption than traditional models
4.2 Heating & Humidifying System
• Heater: Nickel-chromium finned heater with SSR non-contact control, fast response and long service life
• Humidifier: Boiler-type steam humidification with auto water supply, no overshoot and fast humidity response
• Water Requirement: Pure water / distilled water (≥10kΩ·cm); optional RO water purification system
