Composite Salt Spray Test Chamber

Ruang Uji Semprotan Garam digunakan untuk melakukan uji semprot garam korosif pada lapisan pelindung komponen, onderdil, komponen listrik dan elektronik, serta bahan logam dan produk industri. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menentukan kemampuan ketahanan korosi bahan-bahan ini dan pelapisnya. Pengujian semacam itu sangat penting di berbagai industri untuk menjamin keawetan dan keandalan produk yang sedang dikembangkan atau diproduksi.terutama mereka yang terpapar kondisi lingkungan yang keras, seperti lingkungan laut, pengaturan otomotif, atau aplikasi industri.

Salt spray testing utilizes saline or acidic saline solutions under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products, replicating the degradation they would endure over a specific period.  

This composite salt spray testing machine features an exterior casing made of premium imported PVC plastic panels, offering a smooth, glossy finish that is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak-proof. The interior chamber is constructed with high-grade imported PP sheets, ensuring high-temperature resistance, superior strength, and no deformation. All auxiliary components are also crafted from corrosion-resistant materials.

This chamber accelerates corrosion using salt solutions or acidic salt solutions under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, replicating the damage that materials or products may sustain over time. It is designed to evaluate the resistance of materials and protective coatings to salt spray corrosion, compare the quality of similar protective processes, and assess the corrosion resistance of certain products.
